Deliver exceptional customer service by seeking out and engaging with customers, going through the steps of the sale to determine their needs, recommending appropriate products, and promoting the Scheels Visa Credit Card;
Maintain expert-level knowledge in all selling areas, as well as lead product knowledge training for other associates;
Consistently meet or exceed personal sales goals while delivering a high-quality customer experience;
Manage inventory by running and analyzing Internal Flash Reports;
Ensures their product is accurately displayed to customers through price tagging, sales stickers, and signage
