The Assistant Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Wauwatosa, WI. This role supports the Store Manager in driving store performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining Lovisa’s brand standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include coaching and leading team members, assisting with opening and closing procedures, monitoring visual merchandising and stock presentation, and supporting sales targets. The Assistant Store Manager helps manage store operations, including cash handling, inventory processes, and loss prevention, while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
This role also involves engaging customers, resolving queries, and promoting Lovisa products to create a positive in-store experience.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on delivering an exceptional in-store experience.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal communication and confident interpersonal abilities.
- Candidates should possess Store Management skills, including supporting team leadership, daily operations, and basic administration.
- Candidates should possess Retail Loss Prevention skills, with an understanding of store security practices and inventory control.
- Previous experience in retail or fashion jewelry is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
