Imperial Surveillance is looking to add a highly motivated Sales Consultant with a proven track record of success to our Milwaukee office. We are looking for a leader, passionate, energetic, and self‑driven person who can grow within the organization.

Primary Responsibilities- Sell the services and solutions that Imperial Surveillance offers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Find new business opportunities and build a healthy pipeline for future deals.
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including product demos and presentations.
- Act as the initial point of contact for alarm, access control, and video system requests.
- Give professional presentations to potential future clients.
- Learn and understand the products and solutions we offer.
- Achieve agreed‑upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Proven success in a sales role.
- Valid driver's license issued by the state in which you reside and proper automobile registration.
- Proof of insurance for personal automobile liability.
- Strong decision‑making ability.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.
- Self‑driven to exceed.

- Takes initiative.

- Obtain PERC Card once hired.
Job Type: Full‑time
Pay: $30,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
