• Build a foundation of product knowledge by learning the nuances of our service offerings inside and out.
• Connect with local business owners to understand their current challenges and share how we might offer a better path forward.
• Manage your daily activity schedule, ensuring you have the time and energy to engage meaningfully with potential partners.
• Collaborate with the broader sales group to refine your pitch and learn effective strategies for long‑term growth.
• Maintain accurate notes on your interactions, helping us provide a seamless and thoughtful experience for every person you meet.

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong comfort level engaging in conversation with new people.
• Basic proficiency with computers and web-based applications.
• Reliable transportation for travel within the Wauwatosa area.
• Demonstrated curiosity and a desire to learn how businesses operate.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role like retail or hospitality is helpful but not required.
