Event and Retail Marketer

Hourly base: $18.00 - with wage increases as early as your first 90 days - PLUS a $500 Sign-On Bonus

, is looking for people who love to talk to and meet new people, travel across northeastern Wisconsin, and be a brand ambassador to build company rapport towards lead generation.

• Generate leads and appointments at Events (trade shows, fairs, and festivals), home shows, and retail sources
• Engage in conversations with homeowners, to create interest and educate on the products we offer
• Assist in the preparation, set-up, and take-down of tables, booths, totes tents, etc.

• Professional, outgoing, and friendly personalities
• Assertive, self-motivated, strong negotiation skills, and results oriented
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, bartending, or related fields
• Previous experience in industries such as solar, construction, or home remodeling is a plus
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable transportation, must be able to fit tent inside
• Availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Ability to lift 65lbs and load equipment into vehicle
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
