Residential Electrician

Install and Remodel Division
Milwaukee, WI

Current Electric is hiring an experienced Residential Electrician to join our Install and Remodel team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled electrician who takes pride in craftsmanship, works independently, and is ready to grow into a leadership role within a growing division. We are looking for someone with strong technical ability, professionalism, and the potential to lead crews and mentor others over time.

What You Will Do
  • Complete residential remodel and installation projects from rough-in through finish
  • Perform electrical layout, installation, troubleshooting, and finish work
  • Support apprentices and less experienced technicians on jobsites
  • Coordinate with project managers and operations to keep projects on schedule
  • Maintain jobsite safety and ensure NEC and company standard compliance
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
What You Bring
  • Minimum 3 years of residential or light commercial electrical experience
  • Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

    Ability to read blueprints and plan work efficiently
  • Leadership potential with interest in mentoring and crew leadership
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
