Long-Term Software Development Part

We are looking for a senior software engineer to join us as a long-term business partner.

We are a fully remote team working on a variety of web development projects for clients across different industries. We value strong communication, professionalism, ownership, and long-term collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years of software development experience and is comfortable communicating in English. Experience working with U.S., European, Latin American, or Australian companies is a plus.

In this role, you will participate in client interviews, technical discussions, architecture reviews, coding assessments, and team meetings. Once a project is secured, you will work as a full-time developer, collaborating with clients and engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• 5–10+ years of software development experience
• Good English communication skills (B1–C2)
• Experience with modern web development technologies
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate with distributed teams
• Flexible time zone availability

• Previous experience working with U.S. or European companies
• Full Stack, AI/ML, Data Engineering, or Cloud development experience

• Compensation will be discussed based on project scope, experience, and level of involvement.
