Wagner is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, and material movement across our facility. This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring customers get what they need-on time and accurate.

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
• Pick, pack, and stage materials for customer orders
• Build crates and prepare products for safe shipment
• Move materials between warehouse and production areas
• Perform inventory transactions and support cycle counts
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Ability to use basic tools and measuring devices
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
