• Assist in providing maintenance necessary for the care of facility creating a pleasant and comfortable physical environment for residents, employees and general public.
• Assist with snow removal on the property as assigned.

• Full-time 1st shift Monday - Friday weekday and holiday on call rotation required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience working with or in field of electrical repair, boiler maintenance, painter, construction, plumbing, and groundskeeper preferred.
• Must be available to work other than normal hours as needed and be able to assume pager responsibilities.
• Driver’s License.
• Regular attendance is required.
• Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
• Physical requirements:
• Walking: 3-7 hours/day
• Lifting:
  Over 50 lbs good body mechanics or 25-50 lbs improper mechanics
• Twisting:
  Moderate: 121-480 twists/day (480 based upon 1 twist per minute)
• Bending:
  Moderate bending: 121-480 bends/day (480 based on 1 bend/minute)
• Squat/Kneel: 3-7 hours/day
• Endurance:
  Heavy energy requirements (7-9 mets)
