What you will do:
- Manage overall location operations, including warehousing, logistics, and inventory.
- Plan, direct, and oversee multi-shift distribution activities.
- Supervise field activities, equipment scheduling, and maintenance.
- Identify and implement process improvements, cost savings, and technology leverage.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team with a cross-functional approach.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
- Maintain a safe work environment through standards enforcement and safety inspections.
What you will bring:
- 5+ years of relevant management experience in vocational agriculture or related supervisory roles, education, and work experience.
- Willingness to travel to market areas in other states.
