Drive a lift truck to secure totes, skids and super sacks of ingredients and position them at dumping stations;
Maintain records of ingredients used and ensure accuracy and cleanliness;
Regulate and maintain adequate rate of ingredient flow to the convertors;
Dump bagged/boxed ingredients according to batch cards and support reprocessing to lines;
Coordinate with the convertor operator to minimize changeover time and ensure proper supply at stations
