Position SummaryTo work as a team member on the line and with the mechanics to operate various pouch lines and associated casers safely and productively. Work cross‑functionally with multiple lines throughout the shift. Maintain required paperwork, quality checks, production reports, and inventory documentation. Perform and understand quality checks in accordance with the Nestlé QMS, maintain housekeeping and food safety sanitation, adhere to good manufacturing practices, support continuous improvement, and minimize waste.
Complete all inventory transactions and follow the Waverly Norms.
This position will cross‑train with our Can Line Operators.

Duties- Inventory consumptions and reversals
- Quality checks
- All associate paperwork and computer transactions
- Housekeeping and general sanitation
- Operate and control line equipment
- Perform any other duties assigned by a supervisor
- Supply machine centers with packaging and raw materials; inspect materials and verify correct raw ingredients to meet CCP requirements
- Receive and reject damaged or deficient materials not meeting specifications
- Maintain food factory sanitation and communicate with operators, mechanics, and management
- Follow Waverly safety objectives, plant safety rules, report incidents, maintain compliance, and refer to the Safety Management System
- Adhere to Nestlé USA Waverly Environmental Policy, Pollution Prevention Plan, and Annual Environmental Objectives & Targets, supporting energy conservation, waste minimization, and pollution prevention
- Operate and adjust packaging equipment safely, modifying running conditions to maintain performance standards
- Consistent attendance and punctuality; must report on time, maintain regular attendance, and work scheduled hours
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous lift truck experience
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment strongly preferred
- Basic proficiency in English to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies, and procedures
- Willing and able to stand for frequent periods
- Willing and able to work overtime
- Willing and able to work various shifts
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
