High Point Land Company is a rapidly growing land real estate brokerage specializing in farmland, recreational land, rural properties, and land auctions across the Midwest.
We are seeking an experienced Director of Marketing & Growth to build, scale, and own predictable lead generation and revenue-driving marketing systems.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for growth strategy, funnel performance, paid advertising, CRM automation, brand authority, and marketing ROI.
This is not a content creator position.
This is a revenue and demand generation leadership role.
Key Responsibilities- Own seller lead generation across paid ads, organic channels, and direct response marketing
- Build and optimize funnels, landing pages, and conversion systems
- Manage paid advertising across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, You Tube, and retargeting
- Develop CRM automations, workflows, and follow-up sequences
- Oversee direct mail campaigns, segmentation, copy, and performance testing
- Drive organic brand growth and social media performance
- Lead and manage the creative and marketing team
- Track and optimize CAC, ROI, pipeline value, and conversion rates
- Own marketing budget, vendors, and campaign scaling
- Launch campaigns across multiple states and markets
- Provide weekly performance reporting and optimization strategies
- 5+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation
- Proven experience scaling paid ads and lead generation funnels
- Demonstrated success generating seven-figure revenue through marketing systems
- Strong expertise in CRM automation (Hub Spot, Go High Level , Active Campaign, or similar)
- Experience owning marketing KPIs such as CAC, ROI, and pipeline value
- Leadership experience managing marketing or creative teams
- Strong direct-response copy and conversion optimization skills
Real estate or high-ticket services experience preferred but not required.

You will have full ownership of growth systems, the authority to test and scale campaigns, and the opportunity to directly impact company expansion and revenue.
Compensation:Competitive salary based on experience, plus performance incentives tied to growth and results.
