Job Summary

Rehabilitation Center of Allison is seeking an RN to join a friendly, caring team to provide high‑quality care to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Allison, Iowa.

Flexible hours. Weekend Sat‑Sun package: 8‑16‑hr shifts 6a‑10p. Optional traditional 1st shift (Fridays) or 2nd shift (Fridays or Mondays) to fit your needs.

• Manage operations of the assigned unit.
• Supervise clinical staff activities, provide guidance and education.
• Instill a positive and inclusive facility culture.
• Ensure infection prevention practices are maintained.
• Ensure adequate staffing for residents’ needs.

• Unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting preferred.
