Quality Assurance Manager

The Quality Manager will lead the company’s quality functions to include the development, implementation, and maintenance of a strategic quality plan.

• Lead by example in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, and adherence to quality processes.
• Establish, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality management system that supports all phases of the company’s business processes and ensures customer requirements are met.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 9001 requirements and serve as the Quality Management System (QMS) Management Representative.
• Define quality requirements with customers and suppliers and ensure compliance through regular audits, performance monitoring, and corrective action processes.
• Support Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities to ensure quality system compliance and the successful launch and integration of new products into operations.
• Provide technical quality expertise and support to sales, operations, and other cross-functional teams.
• Develop and support processes to collect, analyze, and interpret quality data using appropriate quantitative and statistical methods to drive process improvement and informed decision-making.
• Lead and actively participate in key initiatives focused on improving product quality, reducing defects, enhancing customer satisfaction, and strengthening internal processes.
• Lead quality problem-solving efforts using data-driven methodologies, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action techniques.
• Establish and manage plant-level quality KPIs, ensuring performance targets are met and sustained.
• Demonstrate company core values in all interactions and leadership activities

• Bachelor’s degree in quality sciences, Engineering or comparative work in a technical field
• Previous experience within a Quality leadership capacity in a manufacturing or environment.
• Strong preference for quality-related experience in a manufacturing/foundry environment.
• ISO
  9001 Quality Management System leadership experience.
