North Star Community Services is seeking compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals
. In this role, you'll support people with disabilities in their homes and communities, helping them stay engaged, build independence, and achieve their personal goals.

• Full-time and part-time opportunities
• Day, evening, and weekend shifts

• Meaningful, rewarding work supporting individuals in daily living and community involvement

• Support individuals with disabilities in their homes
• Assist with community engagement and independence goals
• Provide encouragement, skill-building, and companionship
• Help maintain a safe, supportive environment

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift 75 lbs with assistance
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance

• -Mondays 2 pm-5pm
• -Mondays 2pm-6pm
• -Thursdays 5- pm7pm
• -Fridays 11am-3pm
• Thursday: 5:00 pm-7 pm
