Educational Diagnostician Special Education Teacher in Waxahachie, TX

• Valid Texas Educational Diagnostician certification
• Strong assessment, reporting, and case management abilities
• Experience working within an elementary school setting preferred
• Familiarity with special education law, eligibility criteria, and the ARD process
• Detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about advocating for student needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations for elementary students
• Interpret test data and provide clear, actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and ARD committees to develop individualized education plans
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
• Serve as a valued resource for classroom teachers and staff regarding interventions and support strategies
• Participate in campus-based meetings and ongoing professional development activities
