JM Test Field Services is seeking multiple Commissioning Managers to support, define and organize the start-up, testing and commissioning activities for multiple solar substation projects. This individual will work to ensure all job tasks related to plant start-up and commissioning are planned for and completed within pre-established schedules. This individual will be required to secure and maintain strong working relationships with our client's corporate support functions, along with various contractors and key equipment vendors.

Responsibilities include supporting, defining and organizing start-up, testing and commissioning activities for solar substation projects, ensuring tasks are planned for and completed within pre-established schedules, and maintaining relationships with client corporate support functions, contractors and equipment vendors.

• Self starter with a high drive for quality, execution, and safety
• 5years experience in on-site project support for renewable power generation project construction start up and commissioning

• Electrical construction and commissioning means and methods knowledge including NEC and NFPA
• Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) integration and troubleshooting
• E&I controls and instrumentation installation, startup and troubleshooting
• Protection and Controls implementation and troubleshooting
• Drawing review quality control inspection
• Progress reporting
• Computer skills Outlook, PDF edit
  
  Word, Excel, document control systems and Power Point
• Management of third parties and suppliers
• Management of direct report team members
• Schedule and planning understanding
