We’re searching for a creative powerhouse and strategic thinker to be our next Marketing Manager
. This person reports directly to the CEO and will help shape and amplify Hooky’s brand voice across digital, social media, and experiential channels. From campaign concept to execution, you’ll collaborate with our creative team, agency partners, and cross-functional leaders to deliver marketing that drives results and make people want to ditch the everyday at Hooky Entertainment!

• Develop and lead full-funnel marketing campaigns that span paid, owned, and earned media.
• Craft sharp, engaging, and on-brand campaigns and creative frameworks that syncs with social marketing strategy and reflects Hooky’s voice and vision.
• Collaborate with internal creative team and media/PR agencies to execute high impact campaigns.

The FEC Manager at Es Vedra Cinemas oversees all aspects and will serve as the expert in FEC operations, with a focus on arcade, bowling, redemption store, and other attractions. This role requires a creative mindset, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.

• Manage all aspects of gaming and attractions within the FEC, including arcade games, bowling lanes, redemption store, and other attractions.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and guest engagement, including promotions, special events, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality of gaming equipment and attractions, coordinating repairs and servicing as needed.
• Hire, train, and supervise gaming and attractions staff, providing ongoing support and feedback to ensure a high standard of customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels for redemption prizes and other supplies, ordering replenishments as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Analyze sales and attendance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet business objectives.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices, researching new games and attractions to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members.
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
