ERP​/SQL​/IT Specialist

At Americase in Waxahachie, TX, we're looking for a sharp, self‑motivated IT pro who lives and breathes manufacturing ERP. This isn't help‑desk IT—this is a role that focuses on our ERP ecosystem to drive shop floor efficiency, accurate costing, real‑time production tracking, and clean data for leadership decisions.

If you've got solid experience supporting ERP in a manufacturing environment (bonus for Mie Trak Pro), strong SQL skills for custom reports/queries, and you understand BOMs, routings, shop floor integrations, and inventory control... we need you on our team.

Waxahachie, TX (on‑site, full‑time 1st shift)

• Administer, troubleshoot, and optimize our manufacturing ERP (Mie Trak Pro experience a big plus)
• Support shop floor systems: barcoding, scanners, MES interfaces, machine data collection for accurate work orders/labor tracking
• Build/maintain SQL‑based reports, dashboards, and queries to empower ops, accounting, and exec decisions
• Ensure data integrity across inventory, costing, routings—lead cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation
• Train users, develop documentation, and drive best practices/process improvements
• Handle user access, upgrades, integrations (EDI, quality tools, payroll), and general IT support as needed
• Keep CEO, CFO, and IT Manager in the loop on critical issues

• 3+ years supporting ERP in manufacturing (shop floor control, production planning, BOMs/routings, costing)
• Strong SQL knowledge (queries, report‑writing, data management)
• Experience with manufacturing ERP platforms—Mie Trak Pro highly preferred
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes + cross‑functional collaboration (production, accounting, supply chain)
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
• Associate’s/Bachelor’s in IT/CS/MIS (or equivalent exp); SQL/ERP certs a plus
• Ready for on‑site role with occasional off‑hours support; pass background/drug screen
