RN Cardiac Inpatient Telemetry Nights

Baylor Scott & White The Heart Hospital – Waxahachie is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiac Telemetry team. This role supports inpatient nursing care with a focus on telemetry monitoring and pre/post procedural cardiac care in a patient‑centered environment.

• Full‑time, 36 hours per week.
• Three 12‑hour night shifts per week (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
• Inpatient hospital setting with cardiac‑focused care.

• Deliver high‑quality nursing care to patients requiring telemetry monitoring.
• Provide pre‑ and post‑procedural care for cardiac and vascular patients.
• Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold BSWH standards of care.

• Experience in telemetry and inpatient nursing care.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac and vascular patient care.
• Ability to assess and respond quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
• Active RN license.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain it within 30 days of starting.

• Experience with post‑catheter sheath management.
• Knowledge of immediate post‑procedure care.
