Hours:

Full Time, 36 hours per week, every other weekend.

Shifts:

12 hours, 6-6. Base Compensation Range: $37.60/hr-$44.71/hr depending on years of experience.

This position offers a higher level of clinical care than typically found in post-acute or residential settings. Our facility delivers hospital-level services comparable to those on a medical-surgical unit. The team is equipped to manage complex medical needs including intravenous therapy, surgical and wound care, tracheostomy management, mobility assistance, and lines, tubes, and drains oversight.

• Average Patient Length of Stay: 10–14 days
• Conditions:
  
  Stroke, brain & spinal cord injuries, cardiac, ortho, complex medical, and more
• Team Approach:
  Work closely with PT/OT/ST, physicians, case managers, respiratory therapy & more
• Advanced Care: IVs, trachs, wound care, mobility support, lines, tubes, and drains
• 12-hour shifts, 3 days/week + rotating weekends/holidays with added pay

• RN License (State of Texas)
• BLS required
• 1+ year of RN experience preferred (Acute care a plus)
• CRRN preferred
