As a Registered Nurse at Bella Home Health, you will start your day by reviewing care plans and preparing for patient visits. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, administering medications, providing wound care, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care. You will document patient progress and communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide support and education.

• To excel in the role of Registered Nurse at Bella Home Health, candidates must possess a valid RN license in Texas.
• Familiarity with electronic charting systems. Knowledge with Axxess HMR a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care delivery is crucial for building rapport with our patients.
• The ability to adapt to changing environments and effectively prioritize tasks is key to providing quality care.
• Additionally, a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the DFW area are required for this position.
