Quality Control Inspector in Waxahachie

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Schedule: Mon-Thur 4pm‑2:30am (Mandatory OT as needed)

Location: Waxahachie

Responsible for ensuring products meet the established standards of quality including reliability, usability, and performance as based upon defined specifications agreed upon by the client and the Company, as well as per ISO
9001 and AS9100 standards and guidelines.

• Follows quality control policies and procedures.
• Performs first part, work in-process, and final inspections of parts, assemblies, and finished products to verify conformance to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct dimensional inspections on cases and frames to verify inside, outside, and overall dimensions; documents inspection results using inspection forms and work travelers.
• Identifies and reports nonconforming material, assists in separating and documenting nonconforming products.
• Reviews and interprets blueprints, work instructions, and quality documentation; conducts and monitors testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality.
• Inspects vendor‑supplied products to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Conducts work items and tasks by utilizing company‑specific, AS9100/ISO
  9001‑mandated document management systems.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with sheet metal and/or machining precision fabrication
• Working knowledge of AS9100 / ISO 9001 quality systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Proficient in the use of inspection tools such as calipers and tape measures
• Basic computer skills and experience with Excel and Word
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication skills

• Must comply with and meet all pre‑employment requisites, including but not limited to criminal background check prior to start date, and pre‑employment and random drug testing in accordance with Company policy for the duration of employment
