Dairy Manager

Sprouts Farmers Market -  - Responsibilities:
Manage the Dairy Department to maximize sales and profits, providing direction to clerks and ensuring presentation and sanitation standards on the sales floor and in backroom cooler;
Process/stock dairy products according to Sprouts standards and deliver outstanding customer service;
Control inventory to recommended stock levels using proper ordering techniques to maximize sales and minimize stock loss;
Ensure proper rotation of products to maintain freshness and remove out-of-code items;
Engage and evaluate team members through coaching and development discussions, participate in bi-annual performance reviews, and collaborate with Store Manager on promotions and staffing decisions;
Lead cross-functional teamwork to deliver high-quality products and a superior customer experience
