Bulk Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bulk department operations to meet sales and shrink goals
• Maintain accurate inventory, ordering, and stock rotation for bulk items
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and labeling standards
• Lead, train, and schedule bulk team members for excellent service
• Create attractive merchandising and promotional displays
• Monitor KPIs, adjust labor and product levels to meet targets
• Partner with store and department leaders on sales strategies
• Respond to customer questions on natural and organic bulk products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bulk department
