New Home Sales Specialist

We are currently seeking highly motivated NEW HOME sales professionals to be part of our growing North Texas Team. We're looking for people who realize the importance of this role & how it impacts not only the company, but the experience that our customers have in their home buying experience. This is a commission based position with the potential to earn six figures!

MUST HAVE NEW HOME SALES EXPERIENCE WITH A HOME BUILDER!!!

• Meeting monthly/quarterly sales goals
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Prospecting, marketing & promoting new business
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
• Maintaining a relationship with the Realtor community
• Working & communicating effectively with customers & team-members throughout the sales, construction & warranty phases
• Understanding the loan process
• Ability to work weekends, evenings & some holidays required*
• Candidates must possess:

The New Home Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role officed in Boyd, TX. This role is responsible for guiding prospective buyers through the entire new home sales process, including greeting visitors, conducting model home tours, explaining floor plans and features, and helping buyers select homes and options that match their needs and budgets. The specialist will handle inquiries, schedule appointments, prepare and present price estimates, and collaborate with construction and design teams to ensure accurate information and smooth buyer experiences.

Daily tasks include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of available inventory, community features, and local market trends, preparing contracts and related paperwork, and providing consistent follow-up and customer service from first contact through closing. The role also involves representing Doug Parr Homes in a professional manner at all times, supporting company values, and contributing to sales goals and community reputation.
