Position:Security Site Supervisor
The Security Site Supervisor directs Security Team Members to maintain overall security of client facilities by enforcing access control, observing and reporting violations, and performing proactive patrols.
Responsibilities- Respond to emergency situations and complete required reports.
- Perform other duties as required by the client and Sizemore Security Services.
- Conduct site-specific training for new officers.
- Interview, hire, train, evaluate, and counsel employees.
- Participate in meetings and briefings with staff leadership.
- Maintain administrative, operational, and training files.
- Operate communication equipment, CCTV, and other specialized systems.
- Conduct preliminary investigations of criminal acts and oversee crime scene protection.
- High School diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher desired.
- At least 5 years of security or law‑enforcement supervisory experience.
- Must meet or exceed state regulated agency licensure or certification requirements.
- Must be at least 18 years of age, with no felony convictions or misdemeanor convictions for crimes of moral turpitude.
- Dependable transportation and ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Good physical fitness, normal hearing and eyesight, full color vision.
- Patience, tact, cheerfulness, professionalism, and strong problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in English communication, both written and spoken.
- Work daytime shift Monday‑Friday, with required visits to all other shifts and potential weekend work.
- Perform walking, standing, and running as needed for patrols and emergency response.
- Operate communication equipment and secure access as per procedures.
- Prepare oral and written reports and adhere to all safety requirements, including PPE.
- Encounter blood borne pathogens, infectious diseases, threats, explosive gases, and all weather conditions.
- Available for overtime as required.
- Investigate and confront persons suspected of criminal acts.
- Assist motorists, secure found property, and conduct package inspections.
- Provide initial interviews of victims and witnesses.
- Support client and Sizemore management personnel on action questions.
- Perform ongoing reviews of policies and procedures.
Tattoos must not be visible when wearing the prescribed uniform; facial piercings must be removed while on duty. Facial hair must be clean shaven except for a mustache, with hair clean, neatly trimmed, and natural color.
Employment TermsEmployment is contingent upon passing a criminal background check, a clean MVR check (if driving), and employment verification. Candidates must also pass a pre‑employment and random employment drug screen.
