Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer in a busy retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security‑related concerns to site leadership and/or local authorities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floor areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter zones, as permitted by site requirements.
• Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or potential loss prevention concerns, helping to deter theft, trespassing, and other unwanted behavior through visible presence and professional interaction.
• Assist with access control, crowd management, and/or de‑escalation of customer or visitor issues while maintaining professionalism and following post orders for an armed assignment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
