Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance and repairs on automated material handling systems in a distribution environment;
Troubleshoot and repair integrated systems that use PLCs, including Allen Bradley PLCs;
Diagnose and resolve issues with conveyors, high-speed automated sorting systems, and integrated material handling equipment;
Conduct PLC troubleshooting and root cause analysis to identify and correct recurring or complex equipment problems;
Execute preventive maintenance programs on PLC-controlled equipment and update equipment status using maintenance software
