As a Craftsman with us, you will work on a variety of small-to-medium home improvement and repair projects in the Waxahachie area. This is a full-time, W-2 position that offers stable hours, a consistent paycheck, and a respectful work environment where your skills and time are valued.

On a day-to-day basis, you will receive your schedule on a company-provided smartphone. You will travel to residential and light commercial sites, evaluate the project scope, communicate clearly with the customer, and complete the work safely and efficiently. Projects typically range from drywall repairs and door installations to light plumbing and carpentry.

Over time, success in this role means building trust with our local community. You will be the face of a trusted brand, known for arriving on time, delivering exceptional work, leaving work spaces clean, and treating customers with respect.

• Complete a variety of home repairs and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, drywall repair, painting, tiling, and basic plumbing or electrical fixtures.
• Evaluate projects on-site, estimate time and materials when needed, and explain solutions clearly to customers.
• Utilize our mobile app to track job progress, log hours, and document completed work with photos.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area on every job site.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring the homeowner feels comfortable and informed throughout the process.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in home repair, maintenance, or remodeling.
• Proficiency in multiple trades, such as carpentry, drywall, painting, and basic plumbing/electrical adjustments.
• Your own standard hand and power tools appropriate for home repairs.
• A valid driver's license and a reliable, registered vehicle (truck or utility van preferred) to travel safely to job sites.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

• Experience estimating jobs and working directly with residential clients.
• Specialized certification in a specific trade (e.g., advanced carpentry, tiling).
