Job Details

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in national account management, preferably within textile, industrial supply, manufacturing, or B2B distribution industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long‑term client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals for assigned national accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring satisfaction and long‑term retention.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing business and expand product/service offerings.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and renewal processes in alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, product development, logistics) to ensure seamless execution of client needs.
  • Analyze account performance metrics and market trends to make data‑driven recommendations.
  • Forecast sales activity and maintain accurate pipeline tracking in CRM.
  • Represent the company professionally at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
