Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure clear and frequent communication with clients and subcontractors.

- Build and lead a successful project team while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in residential construction, ideally in on-your-lot or scattered lot building.
- Proven track record in project management and new construction operations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
- Strong communication and team-building skills.
