Full-time, Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-1pm Minimum guaranteed salary: $150,000/year with unlimited earning potential based on collections PPO & Fee-for-Service (FFS) patient base Mentorship and clear Doctor Development Plan Path to Partnership with no upfront cost

Busy, family-focused practice with strong patient loyalty Consistent new patient flow and full clinical schedule State-of-the-art digital technology, including iTero scanners and 3D imaging Clinical autonomy with support from experienced leadership Team culture built on trust, compassion, and excellence Annual team mission trips to the Dominican Republic

• $150,000 minimum annual salary – move to higher earnings through collections
• Health benefits available for team members working 20+ hours/week

• $1,500 Annual CE Allowance + In-house Continuing Education opportunities

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
• Active State Dental License & DEA License
• Competency in comprehensive dentistry including:
  Restorative procedures
• Extractions (simple and surgical)
• Crown & Bridge
• Endodontics (Root Canals)
• iTero scanning
• Implant placement experience is a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication skills & a collaborative spirit
• Committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience
