LPN​/RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Angels of Care Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Waxhaw, NC and surrounding areas.

• LPN: $28,000 – $33,000 annually
• RN: $30,000 – $35,000 annually

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care set by the physician and appropriate personnel.
• Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients.
