White Oak Manor Waxhaw is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team. We are committed to providing exceptional care and enhancing the quality of life for our residents in a supportive, family‑oriented environment.

Full‑Time Position. Three (3) 12‑hour shifts per week. Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM. Every Other Weekend Required.

We are offering a $7,500 sign‑on bonus for qualified full‑time LPNs. The bonus is paid in scheduled increments throughout the first year of employment.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to the RN, physician, and interdisciplinary team.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Promote a positive, respectful, and caring environment for residents, families, and team members.

• Current, active North Carolina LPN license.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Long‑term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced healthcare setting.
