Position Overview
White Oak Manor Waxhaw is seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN or RN to fill our part‑time Weekend Premium, Charge Nurse position. The nurse will assess patient/resident care needs and assist in implementing appropriate action. This role also involves providing person‑centered nursing care in a supportive environment.
Schedule6:45AM – 7:15PM (12‑hour shifts) every Saturday and Sunday. The position requires service every weekend and includes a weekend premium shift differential.
Responsibilities and Duties- Assess patient/resident care needs and assist in implementing appropriate care plans.
- Provide person‑centered nursing care and maintain professional relationships with patients, staff, family, physicians, and vendors.
- Demonstrate leadership, critical thinking, problem‑solving, excellent communication, and efficient organizational skills.
- Current state nursing license in good standing.
- Experience in long‑term care preferred but not required.
- Weekend premium shift differential.
- Paid time off after 90 days.
