White Oak of Waxhaw is seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN or RN to fill our full-time Charge Nurse position. This individual will assess patient/resident care needs and assist in implementing appropriate action. If you are looking to join a supportive work environment, apply to this posting. Seeking a nurse that specializes in providing person centered nursing care. The ideal candidate is flexible and innovative with excellence in communication, strong leadership, a critical thinker, problem solver, excellent customer service, and efficient organizational skills. Must relate professionally with patients, residents, staff, family members, referral sources, physicians and vendors.
Qualifications include a current state nursing license, active and in good standing.
Experience in long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 2:45PM - 11:15PM, this is a full-time position
