Tryon Med in Waxhaw is seeking a Registered Nurse, Clinical Lead to support the Primary Care team. You will assess patients, plan care, and coordinate with physicians while acting as the main liaison among patients, staff, and providers.
The role includes administering medications, starting IVs, triage duties, and documenting in the EHR. A BSN is preferred; current RN license and CPR/BLS (ACLS if required) are required. This is a full-time onsite position.
