Co-Manager - South Charlotte

Lowes Foods -  - Responsibilities:
Assist the store manager in implementing an in-store sales-building culture with merchandising programs and weekly sales plans;
Plan and execute weekly sales themes and ensure in-stock conditions throughout the store;
Supervise guest satisfaction and front-end service commitment;
Assist in achieving budgeted financial results and staff development;
Protect company assets including merchandise, cash, facilities, and equipment;
Conduct weekly manager audits on front-end, DSD receiving, and pricing;
Assist in shrink control and staffing forecasts, recruitment and training;
Develop and execute development plans for hi-potential employees and supervise department managers;
Provide clear communication to Store Manager, Field Merchandisers, and store hosts;
Ensure sanitation and food safety standards are maintained and maintain a positive store morale
