White Oak Manor Waxhaw is seeking a Social Services Assistant to join our team. This position is in-person and on-site, full time, Monday through Friday, offering to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while working alongside a supportive and dedicated team.

The purpose of the Social Services Assistant position is to support residents in achieving their highest practicable level of psychosocial well-being by addressing social and emotional needs that may impact their quality of life. This role assists in the development and implementation of comprehensive resident care plans and works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to provide supportive services. The Social Services Assistant is responsible for following established policies and procedures while delivering social services in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Bachelors Degree in Social Work or a Bachelors Degree in a Human Services field including but not limited to Sociology, Special Education, Rehabilitation Counseling, Psychology or Gerontology.
