Provides clerical functions and engagement responsibilities in the Admissions Unit. Duties include drafting basic correspondence, answering telephones, providing information to callers, scheduling appointments, etc.
Position ResponsibilitiesWill work Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
CompetenciesKnowledge of general office procedures including typing, filing etc. Great customer service skills. Excellent phone etiquette. Proficient with computers. Ability to multi-task. Ability to complete assignments in a timely manner while having multiple interruptions. Knowledge of office software i.e. Microsoft Office.
RequiredMinimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED and two years' experience in general office work. Prefer experience in Behavioral Health. Must be at least 21 years old to apply. Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record with less than 6 points.
