Pay: Starting at $13.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift

CSRA Probation Services, Inc. is seeking a dependable and organized Court Aide to assist with the daily operations of our probation office. This position is responsible for client intake, data entry, processing client payments, maintaining records, and providing support to Probation Officers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of one year of general office experience
• Associate degree preferred
• Strong computer and data-entry skills
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients, court personnel, and coworkers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Conduct intake interviews with new clients
• Enter and maintain client information in the case management system
• Receive and receipt client payments
• Maintain client files and records
• Assist Probation Officers as needed
• Answer phones, take messages, and direct calls appropriately
• Assist with drug screens as needed
• May attend court or jail to assist with the intake process
• Prepare outgoing mail
• May make bank deposits
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
