Responsibilities - Appointment Setter, BDR:
- Answer internet and telephone requests from potential customers seeking vehicle information about price, availability, and more!
- Answer questions in a professional and pleasant manner using scripts to guide your responses
- Schedule sales appointments for potential customers to meet with our dealership's sales team so we can sell them a vehicle
Qualifications - Appointment Setter, BDR:
- Auto BDC experience is preferred
- A positive and outgoing 'people person' that's motivated to succeed
- Good customer service, communication, and computer skills
- Call center/customer service experience is a plus
- Dependable with a good work ethic
- Energetic and thrives in a fast-paced team environment
- Professional, well-groomed appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass a pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen
