***$1,000 signing bonus after 90 days of employment; $4,000 retention bonus after completion of one year of employment. Additionally, those employees seeking Master's licensure will be allowed up to $500 reimbursement for the cost of study material and/or application/testing fees.***

Provides assessments and therapy to adult clients in clinic. Provides a broad range of social services to clients and their families. Participates in treatment team planning and performs crisis intervention. Assists in dealing with personal and social problems. Serves as a liaison for social services.

Will work Monday-Thursday, 7 AM - 6 PM.

• Knowledge of diagnostic impressions or criteria.
• Knowledge of how client advocacy system operates.
• Knowledge of individual and group therapy techniques.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and intervention as directly related to area of assignment.
• Knowledge of crises intervention techniques.

Master's degree and pursuing licensure, and one year experience in a social service-related position. Full licensure preferred (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).

** Must be at least 21 years old. Must have a valid in-state driver's license and have a driving record with no more than 6 points. Experience with or knowledge of trauma informed, resilience-oriented care preferred.
