Industrial Cleaner

Overview

Labor Finders Waycross is looking to hire an experienced industrial cleaner. The position involves general housekeeping and wood dust clean‑up activities throughout the plant to maintain a safe workplace and to comply with all Company & OSHA industrial cleaning requirements. Wood dust deposits throughout the plant—especially on the pelletizing and hammer mill floor and on equipment—must be routinely cleaned and eliminated.

• Provide general housekeeping and wood dust clean‑up activities throughout the plant.
• Ensure wood dust deposits, particularly on the pelletizing & hammer mill floor and on equipment, are routinely cleaned and eliminated.
• Follow the daily work plan and exhibit self‑direction and independence in performing duties.

• Stand, walk, climb up & down stairs, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch & crawl.
• Frequently work from heights using lifts and fall protection equipment.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 lbs.
• Work in loud noise levels.

Job Type: Full‑time, 10‑12 hour shifts (though you may only do
8)

Salary:
Starting at $17.00 – $19.00 per hour

Experience:

Preferred but not required.
