* Operate fiberglass chop gun.
* Follow manufacturing schedules and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Adhere to all company, safety (HSE), and quality policies and procedures.
* Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Duties
* Work up to 12-hour shifts, including standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motion.
* Lift materials up to 50 lbs. and perform push/pull tasks throughout the shift.
* Overtime and shift work may be required.
* Minimal travel (less than 10%) expected.
Education and Qualifications
* High School Diploma or Equivalent is preferred.
* 3 years of verifiable work history preferred.
* Must pass a drug screen and background check.
* Commitment to safety and team-based work environment.
