Wound Care Nurse - RN

WE'RE HIRING A FULL-TIME RN WOUND CARE NURSE.
Our pay range begins at $43.60 per hour & INCREASES based on your established experience—our range caps at $51.35. The final pay rate is determined at the facility level after verification of experience. Wage shift differentials are offered for 2nd/3rd shifts & specific leadership roles. Additionally, you will receive payment every Friday (weekly).

• Monitors any skin problems that the patients may have and treat as ordered by physician.
• Administers and records all treatment medications.
• Charts information regarding patient’s progress, ailments, medication, symptoms and observations.
• Performs monthly skin assessments on patients.
• Stocks and prepares treatment cart.
• Complies with current federal, state, and local regulations governing nursing care in the execution of assigned duties.
• Administers and records medications following physician orders and established center policy; takes and records resident vital signs and collects laboratory specimens as directed.
• Provides emotional support to residents and their families.

• Have a current license as a Registered Nurse from the Georgia State Nursing Board

• Be capable of maintaining effective working relationships with residents, family members, department heads, and fellow associates.
