Affinis Hospice in Georgia is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide professional hospice care, assess patient/family needs and implement plans of care in line with physician orders and Hospice Services policies.
You will assess within 48 hours of admission, collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Group, maintain accurate records and support patients and families through end-of-life care and bereavement. GA RN licensure and prior hospice/home care exposure preferred.
