Ross Stores -  - Responsibilities:
Greets all Customers by making eye contact, smiling and saying hello throughout the Store and expressing appreciation at each register transaction;
Assists Customers in any way necessary - is register-trained, assists Customers with merchandise, and answers Customer questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner;
Maintains a clean, safe, clutter-free sales floor and restrooms, and ensures proper merchandise presentation per guidelines;
Performs daily assigned sizing and recovery to keep the store neat, organized, and merchandised to standards;
Adheres to MOS policies, loss prevention awareness, and company dress code; represents the Ross brand professionally
